Summary0000972: Backport A_RailAttack from ZDoom latest
DescriptionAs tittle says, please backport ZDoom's A_RailAttack function. It is presented in Zand but have nearly no customization (no flags, no custom actors etc).
I think this is what Zandronum must-have as Railgun is one of weapons it ancestor had and i'm sure Zand will have in it 1.0 release.
Also this is the only good way to create beam weapons without writing too much code which anyway will lag in multiplayer.

Dunno if it intended, but please also remove playing RAILGF1 sound each time A_RailAttack called, it's really breaks all customization.
