And it seems that any telefrags that occur during a map reset and/or when joining games are not counted as valid frags, but this is probably the intended behavior (and should be). But you're awarded the first frag medal, so that's a bug.
Steps To Reproduce1. skulltag.exe -file firstfrag_01.wad -host -deathmatch
2. Add 1 bot.
2. Connect 1 client to the server and join the game.
