Summary0000485: Port "defaultterrain" from zdoom for Terrain
DescriptionI have noticed that skulltag does not support 'defaultterrain' in the terrain lump.
Startup log shows that 'defaultterrain' is an unknown flat.

 The involved revision which introduced the feature is r1921, and maybe the files to backport are 'p_terrain.h' and 'p_terrain.cpp'.
