Summary0004549: Don't spawn team items like flags and skulls across modes where they don't belong
DescriptionIt would be a lot cleaner and natural if team items like flags and skulls, including their score pillars, weren't spawned in modes where they don't belong. This would also separate the modes more properly from each other.

Confirmed modes where flags and skulls erroneously spawn:

* Coop
* Survival
* Invasion
* Survival Invasion
* Domination
* TeamGame

The Skulltag score pillars seem to appear in all unrelated modes no matter what.
Steps To Reproduce1. zandronum -iwad doom2.wad -file countdown_deathcount_02c.wad +map map01. Notice how the team items appear even though it's coop.
2. "nextmap" in the console will turn it into invasion. Notice how the team items still spawn.

One thing to be careful about with making this change is to maintain there being some way to spawn these actors outside of their intended mode that doesn't rely on breaking its behavior in its intended mode. Currently, -NOTDMATCH acts as this for the CTF actors.

That behavior is useful to maintain because some game-mode mods will repurpose the placement of these actors in Team Game ACS (for example turning the CTF flags into health / ammo spawners). However, those mods shouldn't be forced to break CTF / Skulltag when doing that sort of multi-purpose use (as they aren't currently).

I agree that letting the team items spawn in the TeamGame mode is a good thing to keep for mods that customize the behavior of the team items in general.
Are there any situations however where one would want team items to spawn in unrelated modes like coop and invasion?

As for the Skulltag score pillars, from a certain perspective they could be viewed as decorative objects like candles and pillars, so maybe they can be allowed to remain as well. But I'm not quite sure.
