Summary0000387: Don't lose inventory if spawn-telefragged when sv_coop_lose* is 1
DescriptionI was playing some Ultimate Doom coop with many people today and noticed that we'd always lose our inventory due to the telefrags at each map start. It'd be nice to counter this behavior if possible. Trust me, it's not fun to run around with pistols in the IWAD maps when there are 8+ players on the server. New players in particular are discouraged by the current behavior.

Thanks once again.

I think we'll have to use some of the code that checks for the telefrags at the beginning. Should hopefully be easy to do.
