found with changeset c9e3038 and cl_showwarnings 1

Steps To Reproduce

host hexen server on map04
connect, join, and walk backwards to exit
SetThingState: couldn't find actor: 509

(0022960) Ru5tK1ng (updater) 2024-01-02 04:56	Tested with r231220. No message occurred on the server when following ticket instructions multiple times.
