found with changeset c9e3038 and cl_showwarnings 1

Steps To Reproduce

host hexen server on map01
connect, join as fighter
give artipoisonbag3 25
throw the flechettes so they hit a monster
SetThingFlags: couldn't find actor: 319

Additional Information

friendly reminder that since this deals with flechettes, theyre already known to behave incorrectly as per: 'http://zandronum.com/tracker/view.php?id=796#c14918 [^]' which may or may not be relevant to this ticket
