Summary0002907: Adding overtime
DescriptionI think now in zandronum is only sudden death when frags or flags are tied, which is not perfect ofc. How could overtime works. It should be same for duel/tdm/ctf. Adding extra time when flags or frags tied. I really could not bother making some overtime with extra flags you need score and shit. Its dumb anyway, could only focus on time. Example:

"sv_overtime 1" enable overtime on server
"sv_setovertime 2" set overtime in minutes on server, default value is 2

Would be decent for ns duel and ctf and you addressed the overtime lasting forever with the timelimit.
