0000225: chat sounds muted in the intermission screen after a "nextmap" or "changemap" map change offline

Description

If you end a map through "nextmap" or "changemap" offline, the chat (and possibly announcer) sounds are muted while in the intermission screen.

(0000658) unknownna (updater) 2010-12-05 19:00 edited on: 2012-03-29 10:12	In GZDoom 323, the chat sound isn't muted in the intermission screen when you end a map through "changemap" or an exit switch. It is muted in Skulltag if you open the menu while in the intermission screen.
