Summary0000964: Build [120805-1755] Spectator can move when cl_spectatormove is false
DescriptionJust a simple tweak to don't let the spectator fly/swim up or down.
Steps To Reproduce--Happens online/offline--

1- Start new game.

2-Join to spectators.

3- Use the console command cl_spectatormove false.

4-Use fly/swim keys. (You should bind them in customize controls)
