0000881: Alternate Master Server Support

Description

I'm just simply suggesting to have support for alternate master servers.
This would have the server broadcast to both address at the same time.
This would be handy if the main master is to go down, so then there will still be a backup fully functioning.

The alt address has already been assigned to master2.zandromum.com:15300

(0007121) Qent (updater) 2013-09-06 19:01	For simplicity let's suppose that the masters are synched, and not one official and another unmoderated with no banlist. A redundant master server would really help on days like today.
