Summary

0000087: If both teams have negative amounts of frags, the announcer will say "Teams are tied." for each frag/suicide

Description

If both teams have negative amounts of frags, the announcer will say "Teams are tied." for each frag/suicide until one of the teams reaches 0 frags. Then at 1 frag the announcer will say "<Team> has taken the lead.".

Tested in 98c and 98d-r2973.

Steps To Reproduce

Connect two clients to a local TDM server. Suicide with them both to get a couple of negative frags. Every time someone then frags the other client or suicides, the announcer will say "Teams are tied." until one of the teams reaches 0 frags.
