0000863: Game crashes in window mode, at main menu

Description

This is a strange one, if you time it just right, the game will crash when you click outside the window at the main menu

Steps To Reproduce

Load the game in window mode
Wait for the game window to popup(not the loading window)
Click outside the game and the game will crap out
Doesn't happen all the time

This has actually been here for a long time.
