0000851: Damage floors sometimes damage you with Rad Suit equipted.

Description

Sometimes standard damage floors deal damage to you even when you have Rad Suit equipted. This happens pretty much randomly, when you spent some time standing on it.

Steps To Reproduce

It's quite hard to reproduce because this happens randomly. Also happens in deep water with set damage floor.

Additional Information

From what I remember, this bug first happened to me in 98A version.

(0003651) Dusk (developer) 2012-05-21 00:01	Radiation suits can leak if you're standing on a 20hp/sec damaging floor. This is intended behavior and roots from Vanilla Doom. See here for details.
