0000747: [98e-r3417] Unexpected clear color at the ends of names

Description

The implicit color cancellation at the end of player names sometimes appears where it maybe shouldn't.

Steps To Reproduce

Color your name, e.g. 'name \cgPlayer'. Then try to append a character to it, e.g. 'eval + $name "\*" name'. The asterisk will be uncolored, unlike 98d.

Additional Information

This effectively reduces the maximum length of names when trying to append a character, because the no-color code takes two characters.
