0000708: Ability to use custom iWADs

Description

Add an ability to use custom iWADs when creating servers instead of the standard commercial iWADs. Being able to use HacX as an iWAD or even be able to use wolf3D.pk3 as an iWAD so I could play the Wolf3D TC.
