DescriptionSteps to reproduce:
End the map and connect a new client before all players ingame are "ready". Disconnect and even when all players are ready, there will still be a full lenght intermission.

 It seems clients are blocked from joining during an intermission. Is that intentionally, if so - this bug can be closed.
