0004585: GetPlayerStatus() doesn't work online when other keys are held

Description

'https://wiki.zandronum.com/GetPlayerStatus [^]' doesn't work online when other keys are held (ex: moving forward), but works offline.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download and run attached get_player_status.pk3
2. Join game, GetPlayerStatus() value is constantly printing to the screen
3. Opening chat should cause GetPlayerStatus() = 1, works both offline and online
4. Close chat
5. Hold down the move forward key
6. Open chat with the move forward key still held
7. GetPlayerStatus() = 1 offline, but still = 0 online, different result

Additional Information

Tested in 3.2.1 and 3.3-alpha-r260112-1855
