Summary0004311: Don't archive sv_respawndelaytime
DescriptionThis seems more like a feature you'd enable when starting the server for certain styles of play, and should be forgotten when the server is closed. As of now, it remembers the last setting when starting a regular server.

Couldn't the server host easily change the CVar's value for the different modes they want to play (e.g. configs)? I'm not really convinced that this CVar shouldn't be archived, especially when other similar features (e.g. "sv_forcerespawntime") are.

I might have misunderstood something here. This only happens when I enable the "common config file" setting in Doom Explorer:
It then archives the value and uses it when starting a separate server later.

When the "common config" feature is turned off, it behaves like expected: The value is always 1 unless manually set to something else.
