Summary0004197: Incorrect behavior of projectile Death/XDeath state when hitting bleeding actors
DescriptionIt says on zdoom wiki that a projectile will enter XDeath state on hitting a bleeding target, and Death state on hitting a non-bleeding target or a wall, if XDeath is present. In this case it is, however, it takes 1 tic it seems to do so, and this will cause it to trigger an action in Death state combined with XDeath state.

If the Death state instead has a TNT1 A 1 before the spawn action, it will work properly. The behavior is consistent in offline in 3.0, however this got broken in 3.1. Works offline in 2.1.2 as well, however it never worked online it seems.

Forgot steps to mention: Just summon a Zombieman2 and watch it hit you offline and online. You'll get a clip as well as a bullet puff spawning on you when you get hit online. Offline only the clip, no puff.
