0004193: [BACKPORT] DONTTRANSLATE keyword for FONTDEFS

Description

The DONTTRANSLATE keyword in FONTDEFS makes sure that a font isn't palette-crushed. Needed for obvious reasons. (True-color fonts, fonts with alpha, etc.)
