Summary | 0004045: Difference in friction enabled behavior online vs offline |
Description | Offline a sector with a set friction to length of 160 behaves correctly and is a smooth slide on your on ice but, online this movement while the player is running across the sector(s) and sliding to a stop is very jerky (stop and start). Noticeably different. |
Steps To Reproduce | Eviternity.wad Map11, walk straight from the starting area off the plateau that you start on and drop down to the water and ice floats while online and observe the jerky movement across the ice compared to reproducing the same steps offline. |
Additional Information | Ice sectors are using special 256: Friction Enabled
with offmap lines using special 223: Set Friction to Length with a length of 160 |
