0004005: Unable to search and sort servers by country flag

Description

The search bar doesn't support filtering by IP2C country data.

Steps To Reproduce

IP2C enabled and loaded. Find a Germany server (there's a plenty from Zandronum master server). Search for 🇩🇪 in the top right corner of the UI. Notice there are no results, instead of only displaying Germany servers (the 🇩🇪 flag in UI).

Additional Information

Demonstrated in the attached screenshots: At least two servers associated with Germany are listed, until 🇩🇪 is entered into the search bar.
