0003840: Firestorm Crashes the server in multiplayer

Description

When you use the firestorm weapon in Multiplayer the server crashes once the projectile hits a surface or an actor.

Steps To Reproduce

Use Vanilla Hexen or whatever mod for Hexen.
Get the Firestorm weapon
Uses and fires against an enemy or a wall
The server crashes immediately
