People may take your issues more seriously if you worded your tickets more appropriately:

  1. Using "feature" or "tweak" severity.
  2. Arguable whether this is an "epic", aka a big collection of other issues to work on.
  3. Setting the appropriate priority (which is probably "none" as nobody is working on it right now, but would like to).
  4. Making a suggestion in OP how to resolve the issue, and describing your issue better in the summary and description. The "additional information" isn't your shoutbox for rage (but the notes are).
  5. Being collaborative and not using the issue tracker as a warground.
