People may take your issues more seriously if you worded your tickets more appropriately:
- Using "feature" or "tweak" severity.
- Arguable whether this is an "epic", aka a big collection of other issues to work on.
- Setting the appropriate priority (which is probably "none" as nobody is working on it right now, but would like to).
- Making a suggestion in OP how to resolve the issue, and describing your issue better in the summary and description. The "additional information" isn't your shoutbox for rage (but the notes are).
- Being collaborative and not using the issue tracker as a warground.
