Summary

0003615: Server flag to lock maximum vertical look in OGL to same limits as software

Description

This is a minor issue affecting DM and other niche modes such as Rocketjump servers and LMS modes. It would be nice to have the ability to limit vertical mouselook for all players. Some players who prefer OGL actually miss the maximum limit as it helps guide rocket jumps.

(0021641) Kaminsky (developer) 2021-07-26 13:05	3.1 adds the dmflag sv_forcesoftwarepitchlimits which limits a player's pitch to what's allowable in the software renderer, even if they're playing in OpenGL.
