Summary

0000328: HasteRune trails vs ArtiSpeedBoots and TurboSphere trails

Description

HasteRune trails are spawned all the time, even when the player is not moving. ArtiSpeedBoots and TurboSphere trails are only spawned whenever the player starts to move.
