Summary | 0003183: Serverside ACS inventory functions don't sync inventory to clients |
Description | ACS inventory functions do not sync inventory count changes to clients, unlike A_GiveInventory/A_TakeInventory.
This behavior is present since forever. Today, I was told this is a bug. I also thought A_GiveInventory/A_TakeInventory do not sync anything, but add/subtract inventory clientside. |
Additional Information | Run the example wad on a real server, summon TestActor and observe 0 items clientside. In singleplayer, the test actor has a lot of items given by GiveInventory. |
