Summary | 0002990: If a fist steals health from attaced monster you can steal health from teammates. | ||||||||||||
Description | First of all is this a bug. Imho yes. but Until someone says it is I will not make any examples nor i will check anything. So this is basic start report. If you set in decorate fist attack steals life. You can heal your self hitting teammate on survival. This would have sens if friendly fire is 100% else it has 0 sens imho. You're basically immortal with this. no idea the saw steal health also works. this is 2.1 bug but as I remember it also worked in 3.0. | ||||||||||||
Steps To Reproduce | I will give example if this will be called by devs bug. Basically set the fist to steal (decorate code) health go survival hit ally to gain never ending source of health. Ofc the friendly fire must be set to 0. | ||||||||||||
Additional Information | People using windows were abusing it so I took the feature out. Was also in Linux. So all platforms I guess. Did not check mac. | ||||||||||||

You should ask at the zdoom tracker, because it's inherited from there. |

Ok but questions before. Gzdoom or zdoom? (Randi left as I know). All issues from gzdoom tracker where deleted recently. I do no follow strictly what happens there. Is this new tracker? I remember playing zdoom multiplayer ages ago but not sure what is it state now. And the problem here is strictly multiplayer. |

1) Of course GZDoom. 2) yes. 3) Doesn't matter. We're talking about an inconsistency... In any case, there's the possibility it won't be fixed, because it would be too late. Still, making a ticket in the tracker would give more visibility. |
