Summary0002895: Players dead before initial countdown in survival invasion remain dead or lose 1 life once game begins
DescriptionIt seems that players aren't handled properly in survival invasion with regards to the lives counter. If they somehow happen to be dead before the initial round begins, they either remain dead when the round begins if sv_maxlives is 1 or lose 1 life if sv_maxlives is 2+.

With the refactor of the lives system for survival invasion done by Kaminsky, this issue is fixed for 3.2's release. Good work.
