0002410: Can't use keyboard to navigate menus

Description

In the latest 3.0-beta posted recently, it's impossible to use the keyboard to navigate menus; the mouse cursor constantly hijacks it regardless of its position.

I don't have this problem in both ZDoom or GZDoom; I can use both the keyboard or mouse in the menus fine.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Zandronum Zandronum 3.0-alpha-150819-2351.
2. Hit ESC to open the menu.
3. Try using the keyboard to navigate.

(0013246) Dusk (developer) 2015-08-22 19:03 edited on: 2015-08-22 19:03	Works fine for me. Note that you can disable mouse in the menu in mouse options if you'd rather use the keyboard, or use touchscreen-like to make mouse movement not affect menu selection.
