Summary

0002343: Batman Doom MAP07 is unbeatable

Description

Batman Doom utilizes DeHackEd a lot. Some kind of bug makes the map unbeatable by making player get stuck inside the helicopter sequence. This functions properly in ZDoom 2.7.1.

This can be tested using my Batman Doom zip where I integraded DeHackEd patch with the .WAD file and moved spawn point for player 1 in MAP07 into a corridor that starts the sequence:

Steps To Reproduce

1. Walk into helicopter.
2. Make sure that notarget cheat is off.
3. Wait for helicopter sound.
4. Wait for the middle door to open. Fight off the first wave of enemies.
5. In Zandronum 2.1 door will now close and remain closed. In ZDoom 2.7.1 door will open again and release new wave of enemies.
