0002125: Upgrade to MyBB 1.8

Description

1.6 is old and outdated.
Also, using older versions of software can be a security risk.

Steps To Reproduce

'http://www.mybb.com/download/ [^]'
Make sure to disable all the plugins via the ACP first.
Should be much more compatible with this server's SQL engine than what 1.6 is.

Additional Information

There is a risk, but it's a more trivial one.
The current themes and plugins will be completely or slightly incompatible and may have to be rebuilt to suit the newer version.
But, there is a ton of decent themes and plugins available.
