Summary

0001939: Death-spectate during connection interrupt locks up spectator mode

Description

Happens during Survival games. If the player runs out of lives (through suicide or otherwise) and is forced to spectate during a "Connection Interrupted!" message, it will persist and prevent any movement until the round ends, even after ping has stabilized.
