Summary0001896: Zandronum will not start when renderer option "OpenGL" is on
DescriptionAlways when I try to open Zandronum with renderer option "OpenGL" It crashes. When "Software" option is on everything is fine. It makes no difference when I try to open IWAD or PWAD - It crashes every time.
Steps To ReproduceSometime in the past I had problem with monitor refresh rate (It was impossible to play fullscreen in Zandronum and also in GZDoom), but I solved that problem and It looks like my present problem and that earlier problem aren't connected. Summarizing all I didn't do anything to solve present problem.
Additional InformationSuch Situation: I recently updated my graphic card drivers (Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT). When I updated these drivers, OpenGL was also automatically updated with them. In GZDoom (v1.8.02) graphic looks a lot of different than a before updated drivers and in GZDoom everything was and is fine. Zandronum worked correctly before updated drivers. My problem must be connected with OpenGl itself. I am sure I installed drivers correctly. I will also add Crash Report which appears every time when I try to run Zandronum with OpenGL renderer option. I tried different versions of Zandronum - the problem was and is.

Does Zandronum 2.0 work for you?

Yes, Zandronum 2.0 works well, everything is fine, so what was the problem? Older versions didn't support newest OpenGL?

Presumably, yes.

The current version of Gzdoom that Zandronum uses is r323, so it could be possible that that's the case.

Since 2.0 is working for you, you may have to wait before it gets released.
