0001862: Gamma correction doesn't apply on start

Description

When I start a new instance of zandrom my gamma correction is always 1.0.
My graphic card: Radeon (TM) HD 6490M
I wanted to add that i have some problems with my graphic card (I sometime gets blackscreen in opengl mode) but that no newer drivers are available for me so I can't know if it's only my case.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start Zandronum
2. Change your gamma correction.
3. Close Zandronum
4. Start Zandronum

(0009768) capodecima (viewer) 2014-06-27 23:33	Its weird this problem discovered on my old ATI (5670) too. Recently i bought ATI 7790 and this problem is gone.
