0001708: Server crash with sv_joinpassword

Description

When attempting to join a game with a joinpassword that is longer than 64 characters, the server will crash.

Steps To Reproduce

Set sv_joinpassword to anything over 64 characters
Attempt to join the game

Additional Information

Buffer overflow in server_RequestJoin that can be fixed by truncating the length of the network string received to 64 characters.
