Summary0000164: Multiple gametype support
DescriptionIt would be really nice to be able to run a server using multiple gametypes. This entails two changes:

1. Multiple gametypes in the mapcycle
2. Allowing a change of gametype via voting.
Additional InformationAn idea for #1: Extend 'addmap' to allow multiple gametypes. If specified with no gametypes, Skulltag will not switch from the current gametype when the map is changed. However, if you specify one or more gametypes after 'addmap mapname' it will select randomly from one of the specified gametypes upon mapchange.

Example:

addmap map01 ctf,oneflagctf
addmap map02 ctf
addmap map03

If map01 is switched to, it will randomly select between ctf and oneflagctf. If map02 is switched to, it will always select ctf. If map03 is switched to, no change in gametype will take place.

There should be a cvar the prevents the map rotation from switching to a map that does not allow a specific gametype. For example, if this cvar is set and you are playing oneflagctf, any map that does not support oneflagctf (map02 in this example) would be skipped and the gametype for the next map would stay the same (if map01 was the next map it would always be oneflagctf).

An idea for 0000002: Allow a new option for the voting interface called 'gametype'. "callvote gametype GAMETYPE" will switch gametypes while staying on the current map, except if the map was specifically added to the map rotation and did not have that particular gametype listed (for example, if we were on map02 in the above example and we tried to switch to oneflagctf, it would not allow us to do this. map01 would allow it since it lists oneflagctf and map03 would allow it because it lists no valid gametypes at all).

There should be a dmflags-style cvar that designates what gametypes users are allowed to pick from (1 coop, 2 deathmatch, 4 team deathmatch).
