0001615: uninstall.exe does not work when Zandronum is installed to drive root (ie C:\)

Description

If a user installs Zandronum to the root of a drive (ie C:\) then uninstall.exe will trigger an error instead of uninstalling like normal

Steps To Reproduce

* Install to the root of a drive (for example, C:\)
* Run uninstall.exe (ie C:\uninstall.exe)

(0009399) Watermelon (developer) 2014-06-15 14:51	It probably has to do with NSIS trying to move up a directory or not expecting to be in the C drive. Why is someone installing zandronum into their root folder? That's sounds like a recipe for disaster

(0023277) Ru5tK1ng (updater) 2024-03-02 22:57	If you still have this issue with zan 3.1, reopen this ticket. Honestly, just don't install on the root of an installation drive.
