0001611: Force Player Color

Description

As a competitive player who has played all ports. It's annoying that zandronum is the only doom port that doesn't have this feature. Some players go purposely out of their way to change their color to hide themselves. This whole idea for competitive players makes the player stand out so they aren't blending in with the background to miss anything out of the blue which could be dire to the results.
