0001565: Mouse cursor unable to hide in fullscreen

Description

Wen entered fullscreen from in-game menu wile my/your client are in mutiplayer state mouse got stuck in place whit out hiding.

Steps To Reproduce

If you will luck out on this one: start up a server, login from it to game, change your video setings to; Force aspect ratio: 4:3 , Aspect ratio : All , Render: opengl , Resolution: 1280x700 , fullscreen: yes.
