Summary0001509: Win32 GUI does not close and lingers in the background forever
DescriptionClosing it leaves it running as a process constantly.
1.2 does not do this.
I'm using 2.0 custom repo build as of Monday September 16th 2013
Steps To Reproduce1. zandronum -host
2. Click the X button on the server

OPTIONAL
2b) type 'exit' or 'quit' in the GUI to crash it (See crash report)

 Note: When running via windows batch file, the command window that runs it which pops up on my Win7 doesn't exit upon closing the server.

 I noticed this issue a few days ago when starting several private 2.0 servers. There were about 3-4 processes still running in the background despite them being closed.

I've went on ahead and tested the latest build and the background processes don't appear anymore.

 Confirmed.. Tried it with the newest build on Bitbucket, its not hanging anymore
