0001471: Connection Type will kick you out the server.

Description

Yes, it is a thing. If you go to Multiplayer -> Connection Type and switch it out a couple of times (4 times to be exact) in less than 10 seconds, you will be kicked out of the server for "User info change flood".

I don't think this should happen, instead it should only rely on the setting that it was set to the moment you connect to the server.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enter a server (no need to join the current game. Just connect)
2. Main Menu
3. Multiplayer
4. Connection Type
5. Switch between the choices 4 times
6. Kicked for User Info Change Flood.
