 I took care of the "0.98", but I'm unsure what exactly to put in the copyright field.

 The file version doesn't mention the last digit in 3 digit versions (for example in "1.2.1") due to it not being defined as the major end minor version numbers.
What about putting that in the copyright field "Copyright © 1993-1996, id Software & 1998-2000, Randy Heit and Graf Zahl & 2000-2007, Brad Carney & 2007-2012, Skulltag Development Team & 2012-2014, Zandronum Development Team" ?
(btw the license file doesn't seem up to date)

 I'm not sure about the copyright field. Probably it's better to make it more like the footer of the forum main page.
