0001347: A_ChangeVelocity can cause random crashes in multiplayer

Description

A_ChangeVelocity can cause random crashes in multiplayer games. More crashing when its more randomized. The crashes seem to come random. Can be within 10 minutes,or 1 hour and such. This can also desync items from client to server when used on said items.

Steps To Reproduce

A_ChangeVelocity(random(#,#),random(#,#),0,1)
or minorly different, but thats the version I used.

Additional Information

It seems ThrustThingZ and ThrustThing are good alternatives. Goin' oldschool.
