0001249: Joystick\gamepad\controller not recognized

Description

The game doesn't recognize any controller I connect to my PC. The system recognizes it just fine (Playstation 3 Controller) but the game doesn't seem to even want to recognize it.

It's spread across a few commits, so someone would have to track it all down, but I think Randy also made some significant changes to the joystick code since the version Zandronum is based on.
