0001125: Demo spectators don't have any crosshair and cl_identifytarget doesn't work for them

Description

I don't know whether this is a bug or a feature, but I'm reporting it nevertheless. It seems that demo spectators aren't allowed to have any crosshairs. And cl_identifytarget doesn't work for them.

Steps To Reproduce

1. zandronum.exe -playdemo 2012.09.24_08.47.13_doom2.cld
2. "spectate" in the console.
