0001119: All Caps Guy announcer is default

Description

Apparently the All Caps Guy announcer has become the default announcer in Zandronum installations. I suppose this is because ZanACG.pk3 is lexigraphically lesser than ZanGeneric.pk3, gets loaded first and becomes the default.

I need a bit more confirming on this due to me being primarily a Linux user but apparently this affects Windows too.

(0005089) Blzut3 (administrator) 2012-10-13 16:53	If ZanGeneric doesn't set the announcer's name to "Default" then it is behaving as intended. The default announcer is populated with the first occurring sound for each entry unless explicitly defined.
