Summary0000456: Backport FBF_NORANDOM flag for A_FireBullets
DescriptionThe FBF_NORANDOM flag for A_FireBullets, introduced in ZDoom r2318 (http://www.zdoom.org/Changelog/2318/files) I'm pretty sure, prevents the damage value from being randomized. It's something I kind of need for a project, and other methods of accomplishing this (A_Explode-ing hitscan and long-range A_CustomPunch) won't work at all.
